I am a qualified psychotherapist with experience of working with a wide range of presentations including a specialist training in Eating Disorders. I work both online and in person, offering a contained environment for clients to explore areas in their lives where they feel stuck in patterns where they would like to see change. My aim is to support clients to become more aware about 'why they do what they do' so enabling them to make more empowered choices for their lives.

I like to work collaboratively with my clients, providing a tailored approach to meet each individual's needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic models and practical tools to serve them both now and in the future.
What I can help with?
In my practice I work with a wide range of presenting issues including: anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship issues, abuse, addiction, anorexia, binge eating, bulimia and obesity. ​​
Online
I offer regular weekly online sessions on Zoom lasting 50 minutes, at an agreed time.
Face to face
I see clients at my consulting rooms located in the heart of Fulham Broadway:

I offer both short and long-term work. I work with adults and young adults.
