I am a qualified psychotherapist with experience of working with a wide range of presentations. I aim to provide a safe space where clients can begin to articulate and process their emotions and feelings. I offer an environment for clients to explore areas in their lives where they are feeling stuck in patterns which they would like to change. My aim is to support clients to become more aware about 'why they do what they do' so enabling them to make more empowered choices for their lives.
