FAQ

  1. What happens during the first session?

The first session provides an opportunity for you to share why you have come for therapy. I will assess how many sessions you may need? The minimum is usually 6-12 with an option to review and extend. During the session I will outline the contract and explain the terms of our work together including times of sessions and the cancellation policy.

  1. How often will I need to attend therapy?

Psychotherapy sessions take place online, weekly, on a set day at a regular agreed time.

  1. What happens if I miss our cancel a session?

If you need to cancel a session 2 week's notice is required. If you cancel in less than that time you will be charged in full.

  1. How do I make an appointment?

Email me directly at katherineharfordtherapy@gmail.com

I will then arrange a convenient time for us both to have an initial telephone or Zoom conversation to see whether you would like to proceed to an online consultation.
